一、 活动主题
蓝天自造，我们“骑”行动 二、 活动背景
“北京人说雾霾严重，站在天安门广场，看不见毛爷爷；南京人民听见却笑了，说现在我们打开钱包抽出一百元，也是同样看不到毛爷爷。”
自2013年以来，雾霾成了我们中国人最关心的问题，越来越多城市pm2.5指数频频爆表，对于憧憬幸福的中国人民来说，是一记警钟。雾霾污染会对人体呼吸系统，脑神经系统、心血管系统等产生威胁，尤其是会导致癌症的发生！环境问题跟我们自身息息相关，让我们一起行动起来，共同保护我们的家园，迎接清新空气。 三、 活动目的
提倡节能减排，倡导绿色出行，汇聚正能量，共同自造美丽蓝天。 四、 活动时间 五、 活动内容 （一）活动前期准备
1.联系商家做活动用口罩30个（效果图片附后）。 2.准备好自行车。
3.联系ci制作印有公司logo、地球一小时活动logo和宣传标语的宣传彩旗，共20面（效果图附后）。
宣传标语如下（除3号、9号标语做三面彩旗外，其他每条标语都做

2014地球一小时举办时间为：2014年3月29日20：30-21：30熄灯一小时 2014地球一小时主题：“我们将今年地球一小时的主题定为蓝天自造，是为了呼应当前
中国最急迫、最受关注的环境议题——雾霾。”地球一小时WWF中国总干事卢思骋说，
“蓝天自造，旨在呼吁每一位公民、每一家企业、每一级政府从自身开始，采取实际行
动，应对雾霾，清洁空气。”
自2007年在澳大利亚悉尼发起以来，地球一小时已经成为全球参与规模最大的环保行
动。七年来，地球一小时的主题和行动已经从“关灯一小时”拓展为“超越一小时”，
成为全球各地公众参与环保的行动平台。从俄罗斯的森林保护区，到阿根廷最大的海洋
保护区，再到温哥华荣因环保宜居的城市设计获得首个地球一小时之都称号，背后都有
地球一小时所凝聚的公众力量的推动

地球一小时2014期间，WWF(世界自然基金会)将联合能源基金会、中国清洁空气联盟
等合作伙伴，共同发起蓝天自造计划，在一个月的时间内向公众、企业、政府征集空气
治理的行动或创意方案。优秀的20个方案将获得小额资助，并通过地球一小时平台推
广。在三月期间实施的行动和方案，则有望在3月29日地球一小时落地活动现场展示。
“在中国，我们希望地球一小时成为大家参与环保行动的平台。”卢思骋表示，“蓝天属
于每个人，也成就于每个人的努力。个人健康防护，企业自觉减排，城市溯源清本，区
域联防联治„„这其中的每一个环节公众都可以发挥参与、监督和行动的力量。让我们
