一、整体设计思路、指导依据说明

我国基础教育《英语课程标准》在其基本教学理念中倡导“让学生在教师的指导下,通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式,实现任务的目标,感受成功。”这要求英语教师从组织教学活动入手,加强对学生实际语言能力的培养。

因此,本节课主要借助多媒体手段,采用视听法、情景模拟、情感激励及任务型教学等相结合的方法,导入、练习、归纳过去进行时态的陈述句与疑问句,通过听说读写等多种语言实践活动交替进行,使学生认识到语言学习过程的多样性。学生通过自主学习,角色扮演,实践体验,合作与互助等学习方式,来掌握本课的知识和技能,从而开发学生的思维能力,尊重学生的个性发展,使学生学习语言的过程同时成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维、大胆实践的过程,使枯燥的语言变得丰富多彩,易于接受。

二、教学背景分析

(一)教学内容分析

注:含本课时在本单元的教学定位分析

Unit3以“What were you doing when the UFO arrived”为课题,谈论过去某一时刻正在发生的动作或状态。如何在各项语言实践中正确使用过去进行时态是本单元的重、难点。本课是Unit3的第一课时,围绕着UFO到达时人物在做什么这一话题展开,主要通过听说形式让学生初步学习、应用过去进行时态,让学生能使用这一时态表述在过去某一时刻正在发生的事情或状态,从而为本单元接下来的语言教学打下基础。本课教学内容容易激发学生学习兴趣,并贴近生活实际,易于引发学生使用目标语言进行简单的交际与交流。在学习活动中,通过观察图片、情景思维、俩俩对话,角色扮演等形式,使学生能够自主学习,合作交流,完成任务,培养学生的语言综合运用能力和实践能力。

(二)学生情况分析

本课的主要目标是学习掌握过去进行时态的陈述句和疑问句,学会描述过去正在发生的事情或状态,它是在学生已经学习了现在进行时态和一般过去时态的基础上进行的。对于八年级的学生来说,他们已经有了一定的词汇量,特别是对要用到的一些动词,大部分学生有了一定的基础,这样便于教学内容的突破。教材选编了富有科普意义的UFO作为话题的引入,能激发学生的好奇心和学习兴趣。所以对于本课的学习内容,学生应该能较为轻松地掌握。

三、教学目标分析

(一)知识与技能目标

大部分学生能认读、听懂、理解目标词汇和过去进行时态的陈述句和疑问句;90%的学生能根据教师提供的分层情境,两人或多人运用过去进行时态进行对话。

(二)过程与方法目标

通过创设贴近学生日常生活的语言情境,采取小组合作互动的方法,开展对过去进行时态的学习,尊重学生个性特点,在自主学习的基础上合作探究,解决问题。

(四) 情感与价值目标

通过创设新闻播报、抓凶手等情境,激发学生的兴趣,使他们亲身感受和体验语言,学以致用,培养他们自主学习、合作学习、善于学习的习惯,并让他们在实践中体验成功。

四、教学重点、难点分析

(一)教学重点

在语言情境中使学生理解过去进行时态的意义。

(二)教学难点

学生会正确使用过去进行时态的陈述句和疑问句进行会话等语言交际行为。

五、教学过程设计

课前:歌曲欣赏 :“Yesterday once more”《昨日重现》。

新课程倡导要促进每个学生身心健康发展,培养学生[此文转于斐斐课件园 FFKJ.Net]良好的品质和终身的学习的能力,提倡交流与合作,自主创新学习。课程改革的成败关键在于教师,教师是课程改革的实施者。

本学期我任教八年级2班3班的英语。经过一学期的学习,大部分学生基本上会说简单的对话,看懂简单的英文读物,但部分学生基础较差,不敢开口讲英语,更不懂英文写作;究其原因,是学生对英语学习的接触面小,说练机会少,以及他与中文的部分反差的诸多因素,使得学生对英语学习常常存在“厌、怕、弃”的不健康的心理。 为了克服困难,取得成绩,我在教学中坚持作到:

一、面向全体学生,为学生全面和终身发展奠定基础

1、创设各种情景,鼓励学生大胆地说英语,对他们在学习过程中犯的错误,采取宽容的态度。根据教材中的情景,真实再现于课堂并创造新的环境,使学生积极参与,到讲台上锻炼英语表达能力和胆量。

2、讲究教法,因材施教

八年级英语这本教材充分吸收了国际上新的外语教学理念和实践经验,注重对学生综合语言能力的培养和训练。教材图文并茂,安排了大量生动有趣的活动内容,使英语学习变得容易而有趣。

外语教学和其他学科一样,有严谨的系统性和连贯性。学生在初一阶段所获得的语言技能,能否在初二年级得到继续发展,是防止分化的又一个问题。这就给教师提出了更高的要求,即力求把教学搞“实”、搞“活”。

所谓“实”就是讲究实际效果,把教学大纲化为具体的要求,落实到教和学上,对每课时的教学计划逐项落实。课堂上,少讲空话,多做实事,精讲多练,以学生为主;对每个单元进行考查、总结,分析存在问题,及时补遗,帮助学生过关。所谓“活”就是侧重听说训练,把外语课由“讲演课”变成“实践课”。 我想方设法创设语言情景以激发学生的求知欲,从而提高他们的学习兴趣。在听与说中培养语言能力,在听与说中激发学生的热情和兴趣。采用展示性的直观教学方法,使学生一上课就置身于一个讲英语的环境中,在既紧张而又活泼的气氛中学习英语。 在教学过程(本文来自优秀教育资源网斐.斐.课.件.园)中注意学生的听、说、读、写的综合能力,鼓励他们大胆地说并运用到实际中去。让学生表演,通过表演尽量多让学生参与到活动中来,表演过程中,除要求学生,语言语调正确外,还应让学生注意到交流手段,如表情、手势、姿态。

二、创造宽松和谐的气氛

1、在教学过程(本文来自优秀教育资源网斐.斐.课.件.园)中,注重与学生沟通,让学生消除对英语学习的恐惧感,只有对英语感兴趣,才能保持学习的动力,并取得好的成绩。 鼓励学生大胆的尝试。平时作业或测验得到好成绩或有进步的,一定在班上进行表扬,给予肯定;对作业错漏较多的当面批改,及时订正。

2、初二学生要是能听懂老师和同学说的英语,自己能用英语表达简单的思想,能读懂简易读物,他们就会感到有收获,兴趣就会产生,所以每堂课都注意让学生有练的内容,有练的时间。 练的时候因题而异,做简单题时,多找些差生去做,提高他们自信心,同时激励他们。每次练习五分

钟左右,费时不多收获较大。

3、鼓励学生大声朗读并多背诵课文,促进学生相互学习,相互帮助。

4、建立良好融洽的师生关系。我经常关心、尊重学生,耐心细致地指导学生,使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师,课后我却成为他们的好朋友,生活上,我是他们的父母,关怀备至。 经常和学生一起反思每次考试的不足,争取下次让他们不犯同样的错误,并进行典型错题再练,以提高成绩。

英语教学反思Unit 4 《Wild animals》

自从我们学校推行参与式教育以来,本人在平时的教学中以此新课程理念为依据进行教学设计和课堂活动的。通过对教材的理解我确立了以培养学生语言知识、应用能力、文化意识和学习策略为中心的教学目标,充分体现了为学生全面发展和终生发展和学习奠定基础的原则;目标层层递进,并贴近生活,具有可实践性。作为本单元的教学反思,本人想谈谈自己在教学过程中比较满意的地方,以及自己的教学不足。

在教学过程中,我采用了小组合作评价的教学手段,立足根本,从学生的实际出发,注重学生长远的发展。

一、语法方面

虽然目前英语教学淡化语法的地位,但在实际操作过程中,这一部分不可缺少。在本单元中,出现了以“引导的条件状语从句”,在口语运用方面,可以以模仿为主,但我还是从设计情景这个角度去考虑,主要从(1)if条件状语从句结构,主从句时态的变化(2)设计情景用从句去表达(3)设计习题去加深巩固 (4) 利用生活实际去巩固时态等几个方面着重讲解,特别是在表达一般将来时的时候,主句要用一般将来时,而从句用一般现在时,强调了他们的使用和区别,效果非常好。后来在进行课文教学部分时,事实证明对教材内容的补充,特别是语法方面的补充,极大地帮助了学生对课文内容的理解,并在课后练习时对时态的运用也轻松很多。目前学生在进行阅读训练时,常常会碰到这种时态,解决了这个问题,也帮助他们阅读分析短文,事半功倍。

二、口语交际方面

在平时的教学中,我十分重视听说训练,尝试让学生在口语运用中学会表达他们的个人意见,抒发个人情感。因此,在第四单元中,功能话题是谈论野生动物,以及怎样保护野生动物。这与学生的生活息息相关,只要引导得当,极易激发学生的兴趣,开展关于这一话题的讨论。在准备上课时我主要从以下

几个方面入手:

1、让学生欣赏歌曲《熊猫咪咪》,从郁郁葱葱的竹林,讨人喜爱的熊猫到贫瘠的土地以及熊猫面临的危险,让学生反思为何会出现这种情况。有了良好的开端,课文的理解和教学就顺畅了许多。

2、在教学Section A 3a“山顶中学的滑冰马拉松”,采取听录音,回答问题的方式,Ask: Who is the best student in the school skating marathon? 在完成第一项听力任务后,让学生带着问题阅读课文,再提出问题。开展小组合作竞赛的方式,以提问题最多和回答问题最多的小组为优胜组,给予奖励。因而学生一直在积极参与,提出的问题之丰富,超越了老师的想象,体现了他们丰富的想象力和创造力,取得了极佳的效果。事后,我调查了一下,许多同学已在课上背下了课文,课文内容耳熟能详。

3、在对待开放性话题上,是我与学生最愿意进行的部分。本单元我们选择的开放性话题是:What’s your hobby? And how long have you been doing that? 在有准备的条件下,学生的回答的确是花样百出,令人捧腹。但在轻松的谈吐中,他们却都能自觉地使用我们学到的语言目标,对重点句型能熟练运用,可喜的是,许多同学对完成时态的用法超越了教材,达到了一定的高度,并能使用准确。

三、情感态度方面

恒心和毅力是学习中不可缺少的意志品质。在收集用品上,也需要这种意志。在教学过程中,我处处以此为突破口,教育学生培养个人爱好的同时,也应加强自己意志品质的锻炼,并对做得好的同学予以表扬。如,收藏个人爱好物品最长时间的人;坚持写日记时间最久的人;作业坚持完成最认真的人。我觉得,一节课下来,也给他们带来了许多反思。教师在教学中有一颗童心,有一颗爱心,我们便会在课堂上将这种情感表达出来,使学生感受到温情的萦绕,产生丰富的情感和积极的情绪体验,以此为基础,拥有对知识的渴求,对真理的追求,对美的赞叹以及对生活的热爱。乐于学习也不再是一句空话,而会演

变为他们为理想而付出的实践。

在教学过程中,使用小组合作评价方式我收获很大,但也有许多不足,例如:

1、学生的参与度不均衡

一节课下来,大部分学生都能积极投入到课堂教学中来,并积极举手发言。课堂气氛比较活跃,调动了大部分学生听课的积极性,因此合作教学对提高学生实际的语言交流能力、以及与他人的合作能力有很大的促进作用。但很明显的,语言表达能力强的学生参与的机会相对要多,代表小组汇报的机会也多,而另有一些学生却习惯于当听众,被动地接受别人的观点。很少发表自己的个人意见,也就是说在小组合作学习中学生的参与度不均衡,而这部分学生主要是学习困难生。

2、个别学生的参与不主动

教师在开展教学活动时,个别小组出现“冷清”的场面,这些学生只顾自己独立思考,停留在独立学习的层次上,没有发挥合作学习的优势,使合作流于形式。出现上述情况,从合作学习的参与者——教师的角度分析主要是教师的设计和引导不恰当、或小组的编排不够合理等。从合作学习的参与者---学生的角度分析,主要是学生还没有掌握基本的合作技能,或者合作意识淡薄,角色的落实不到位,或合作能力不强,合作精神不够。因此作为教师既要注意到每个合作小组成员的合理编排,又要注意到自己教学内容的设计、话题的趣味性以及如何把学生的积极性真正的调动起来。

通过对本单元的教学反思,本人从中领悟到了一种思想,一种理念,那就是优化课堂教学,提高课堂效果。我要以此作为我的教学思想,指导我下一步的教学工作。

一、教材分析

本单元主要围绕“有趣的地方”这个话题展开教学,通过本单元教学,

帮助学生掌握描述过去经历的功能句式,学习现在完成时的用法,并能区别现在完成时和一般过去时在表述过去经历时的不同。同时,要求学生能运用现在完成时来描述某人曾经去过哪些有趣的地方。

二、教学目标

根据《英语课程标准》的要求和教学内容的特点,特制定以下教学目标:

(1)知识目标

a. 掌握以下单词:amusement park, space museum, aquarium, water park,

neither, have a great time, attraction, discover, wonderful, whenever.

b. 掌握如何表达现在完成时,并能运用Have you ever been to an amusement park? Has he ever been to an amusement park? 的句式进行提问和应答。

c. 能用英语谈论过去的经历,谈论你曾经去过某地。

(2)能力目标:培养学生用英语思维的能力和初步运用英语交际的能力,使学生能够在相似生活情景中运用所学语言,达到交流的目的。

(3)德育目标:

五、学情分析

在教学过程中,对学情的了解是教师因材施教的关键。我所教的八(2)

班、八(3)班学生基础较好,学习目的明确,反应较灵敏,学习英语兴趣较浓,学习较主动、自觉,具有一定的自觉能力。学生在初一阶段已学过

用一般过去时来描述过去的经历,但用现在完成时来描述过去的经历还是

第一次接触,需要教师的正确引导。

六、教学方法

在进行具体教学时,教学方法不是固定不变的,教学方法具有灵活性、

多样性、发展性和补偿性,选择和采用教学方法,不仅要依据学科的知识

特点,而且要根据教学任务和学生的年龄特点及学生的实际水平选用。为

了更好地突出本课的重点,突破难点,更好地完成教学任务,根据教情和

学情,我主要采用以下的几种教学方法。

(1)情景教学法

情景是英语教学中非常重要的因素,它直接影响英语教学的效果,而

英语教学本身是一个很自然的、真实的言语交际情景。在本单元中我采用

以下方式创设情景:

①利用多媒体,创设语言、教学等情景,教学本单元生词:

space museum, amusement park, aquarium, zoo, Disneyland,attraction, discover, wonderful, whenever.

②声像手段:通过录音机、录像机、投录仪的使用,使学生对本单元的内

容有更生动、直接的理解,能加深印象,培养学生的注意力,以达到事半

功倍的效果。

(2)启发式教学法

现代教育理念认为,教学活动的主体是学生,教师是组织者和指导者。

开启学生思维的大门,打通学生思维障碍,已成为教学工作的重要内容。

在学生的思维结点上给予及时正确的启发引导,更能体现教师的角色功能

和服务意识。

(3)交际法

学生学习英语最终目的是为了交际运用。根据学生普遍具有强烈的交

往要求和表现的心理,我注意创造条件让学以致用,使学生获得交际中初

步运用英语进行会话的能力。

(4)任务型教学法

根据学生的实际需要,以学生为中心,合理组织教学,把各个教学目标融

入到教学任务中,不断获取完成任务所需的信息、知识、能力与技能,在

活学活用知识的过程中,学生的自信感逐步增强,从而体验到成功的喜悦。
