There is a teaching building which is very clean and beautiful in my school. The library is on the first floor, there all kinds of book in the library. You can enjoy them as many as you like.
East of the school lies a playground and it’s very big. On the playground, you can have sports such as football, basketball, if you play there, you will enjoy yourself very much.
There are many trees in our school .grass is everywhere. While spring is coming ,the flowers smiling at you, some are yellow, some are red .I like them very much!
We are studying hard in our school, our life is happy and interesting, I love my school very much.

Good morning teachers .Today I’m very happy to make a speech here .My name is Zhao Jiaohui. I’m 12 years old. I come from Class 4 Grade 6 of Songxian Shiyan Primary School. Now I’ll start my speech ---My gold dream.
Everyone has his own dream. Some want to be doctors, some want to be writers. But my dream is to become a teacher. Why my dream is gold? Because I admire teachers, which is the greatest job in the sun. My teacher is the most beautiful in my heart and she is a reading Muse which every poet wants to be, she is lovely, wild, tendy and sweet. Teachers can not teach us many things at school---there isn’t enough time, but they do their best to teach us how to learn. Thanks to them, we learn knowledge. And at the same time, we learn how to live a happy life. They spend most time on their students. They are great in my heart. If I were a teacher, I would make friends with my students, try my best to teacher them and be happy everyday.
I know it’s not easy to make my dream come true. Aunt Zhang Haidi once said: "everyone's life is a boat, and ideal is the boat sails."

Good morning , dear teachers and friends!
My name is_________. I am 12. Today, I’m very happy to stand here to make a speech, next I will talk about my dream.
Everyone has his own dream. Some want to be doctors, some want to be writers. But my dream is that one day I can be a diplomat. I want to introduce China to the world. China is a great country. 其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上

共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都
达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很

好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫。 首先说一下听，不少学生都有和书相配套的磁带，复读机，学习机，可是请各位家长检
查一下自己的子女的英语磁带，有多少学生的磁带还是和刚发的时候一样的，根本就没有听
过。光靠上课听一点点的磁带，学生的听力根本就不能有什么发展。不会听就不能说，而说
白了，学了英语就是要说，听录音机跟读，目的应该是两种，一种同学是上课没有完全消化，
听录音是补充学习的过程，另外一种是提高自己的听力和口语表达能力，要学生尽力地去模
仿录音机里的发音，从而使自己的听力和口语都提高一个层次。
接下来是说，英语是一门语言，学了就是要说，要和别人交流。我们学的英语不应该是
哑巴英语，要让每个学生学会勇敢地说出来。在课上我会用各种方法来刺激学生，激发他们

们把读英语当作每天必做的一件事。 最后是写。主要就是单词短语的默写/听写，这是学英语的必经之路。单词往往背过就容
易会忘记，所以要不断的背默写，不断的翻新。背单词的时候要边拼边写，嘴巴和手都要动
起来，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。家长在这里要作好检查督促的工作，不要用不懂英语来帮助
你的孩子学会偷懒，你可以报中文，让你的孩子默写，然后对照书本批改订正，每天坚持的
话，你一定会有意想不到的效果。还有句型，学生应该在课上领会句型的意思和运用方法。
课后还需要通过多读课文，多练习才能巩固所学的句型。所以请各位家长不光要注重孩子背
单词短语的情况，还要让他重视句子的重要性。
1.学习态度不够端正。上课听讲不专心，爱开小差;讲了的作业交上来还是错误的;
2.不能按时完成最基本的学习任务。单词，词组和课文不会背不会写不会默，达不到要
求也不努力去完成。还有拖欠作业的情况。很多男生自律性较差，很懒惰，今天拖明天明天
拖后天。
3.学习习惯差。没有做到每天记单词，或者记单词不动笔，上课记笔记要点名提醒，听
力不做预测，写完作文从来不检查，英语课文和笔记课后从来不读不看不记。从来不做阅读，
导致考试速度慢，效果差。
针对以上问题，我也研究了一些方法和策略，需要各位家长的配合和支持。
1、督促学生在家听英语磁带，最好能每天坚持听5——10分钟，这将对孩子的学习有很
大帮助。
2、争取消化当天所学的单词，不要积压任务。每天坚持检查10个单词，一本书的单词
也只要一个月就记完了。我每天都会组织一次听写，错误比较多的同学会及时让他们改正。
请家长要检查听写本。
3、请家长督促孩子在家里完成家庭作业，以免他们来学校在匆忙之中互相抄袭。每天回
家要求记本单元的单词，有时会默写2a部分课文。这也是为了给学生一点点压力，让他们知
道父母会经常检查他们的作业本，一定要认真写才行。
4、每天要学会预习、复习。如果你的孩子英语基础不是很好，可以督促他们先在家查字
典。
总之，我和各位家长有着共同的心愿，都想尽自己最大的努力去培养这些孩子，他们个 个都聪明、可爱，只是有些孩子的潜能还没有得到充分的发掘。七年级我的目标是不让
一个学生掉队。今后，我也希望和各位家长保持联系，如果孩子遇到学习问题我们及时沟通。
